Hanging Baskets with integrated watering systems
Even after all these years I still get excited when I see a great display of flowers. Better still when a customer wins local recognition from their “in bloom” committee. Let’s face it - we all like to be a winner!
Some of our displays go to decorate homes and gardens but the really important ones are used to make pubs and restaurants stand out from the crowd. In these difficult financial times which of us doesn’t need more business?
We have a group of care homes which we decorate. Flowers give a good first impression and hopefully make the residents’ lives a little brighter too.
As commercial growers we offer you several options in this field.We offer a fine selection of plants to grow your own displays plus a basket and planter service. Just book ahead and collect when ready. We also manufacture window box planters complete with inserts. They make it child’s play to refresh your flowers with ready made seasonal inserts.

Meet the 'Planter' Family
We now offer four variations on the theme, all made in tanalised decking timber - patterned and long-lasting.
The 750... the baby of the family, ideal for small sites or as a window box. Happily sits on two basket brackets and takes one 750mm drop-in.
The 1 Metre... the most popular size, again sits on two 14" basket brackets as a stylish window box or at slight extra cost comes free standing.
The 1.5 Metre... again, great as a window box creating loads of impact.
We sit these on three 14" brackets (as a safety feature all baskets are firmly fixed to their brackets). These planters take either two 750mm or three 500mm drop-ins.
Now you don't have to be a genius to see the effect you can create with this system, this was one very dull wall until we fixed a planter to it!
As you can see dropping in the new planter is easy, especially if the plants are not quite this big.

One real benefit of this system of planting is that the average customer will only come back to YOU when he wants his planters refreshed.
All planters come with one set of empty drop ins.
As a matter of policy we always use Rawl bolt fixings to give that extra safety factor. It's wise to check the building material before settling on the method of fixing!
Watering Systems
Irrigation that is simple and effective is also a vital hidden ingredient. We stock a whole range of
bits we know work well because we use them ourselves. Each year we review new ideas that are coming onto the scene. So it's always worth calling to discuss your irrigation or planter needs. We will be delighted to advise!
